How to Set Your Activity Status (Active, Sick, Injured, On a Break)

Letting the app know when you're sick, injured, or just taking a break is crucial for receiving appropriate recommendations. This guide shows you how to update your current fitness status. This ensures your Activity Path and daily suggestions adapt to your body's needs for rest and recovery.

  1. From the main Streak tab, scroll down to the More Recommendations (Today's Recommendations) section and tap any suggested workout.

  2. On the Go Gentler screen, tap the Status button in the top-left corner. Documentation image

  3. In the Set Status window, select the status that best describes your current condition: Active, On a Break, Sick, or Injured. The app will automatically save your choice.
