How to Find and Understand Your Daily Workout Recommendations

This article shows you how to find your personalized daily workout recommendations. These suggestions are based on your Activity Path to help you stay within your healthy activity levels without overtraining. You will need the app open on the main Streak tab.

  1. From the main Streak tab, scroll down below the Activity Path graph.
  2. Find the Today's (More) Recommendations section. This section displays a set of workout suggestions tailored for you.
  3. Tap on any of the suggestions to open the Go Gentler screen for more details.
  4. On the Go Gentler screen, swipe left or right to browse through all the recommended activities.
  5. Review the details for each activity, including the recommended HR Zone and duration, to understand its intensity and length.
