Analyze your short-term walking trends (steps, distance, flights)

Go beyond your daily numbers by analyzing your walking activity over the past two weeks. The Short-term Overview provides a visual breakdown of your trends in steps, distance, and flights climbed, helping you spot patterns and track your consistency over time.

Accessing and Navigating the Short-term Overview

The short-term trend graph is located within the main Steps card on your Wellness tab. To view it, simply tap the Short-term Overview section to expand the detailed view. Once expanded, you can toggle between three key metrics to analyze your trends.

  • Distance: Tap the Distance button to switch the graph and metrics to show the total and average kilometers or miles you have walked.
  • Flights: Tap the Flights button to see your daily, total, and average number of floors climbed.
