How to Start a Recommended Workout on Your Apple Watch

Gentler Streak provides personalized workout recommendations to help you stay active without overtraining. This guide shows you how to select a suggested workout from your iPhone and start it directly on your Apple Watch. You will need your Apple Watch to be paired and connected to your iPhone.

  1. From the main screen, scroll down to the Today's (More) Recommendations section.
