How to Customize Recommended Workout Intensity and Duration

This guide shows you how to customize the intensity and duration of your daily workout recommendations. This allows you to adjust suggestions to better match your energy level, mood, or available time for the day.

  1. From the main screen, scroll down to the Today's (or More) Recommendations section.

  2. Tap on any of the suggested activities to open the Go Gentler screen. Documentation image

  3. At the top of the screen, locate the slider to customize the activity suggestion (increase the workout load).

  4. Drag the orange dot along the slider. Moving it left decreases the recommended intensity and duration, while moving it right increases them. Documentation image

  5. Once you've adjusted the slider, you can swipe through the cards below to see the updated recommendations for different activities.

  6. To revert to the original suggestion, tap the Reset button that appears below the slider.
