After completing and saving an activity, you can access a detailed workout summary to analyze your performance. This summary provides a comprehensive breakdown of your activity, including your route, key performance metrics, and effort distribution over time.
At the top of the summary screen, you will find a visual representation of your workout route on a map, along with any photos you've added. Below this, the app displays the most important statistics from your session at a glance.

This section breaks down how much time you spent in each of the five heart rate training zones. It's a great way to quickly assess the overall intensity of your workout and see if you trained at your intended effort level.

For a more granular analysis, you can expand the Splits and Charts sections. Splits show your performance metrics for each kilometer or mile, while charts visualize your data over the duration of the activity.

Compare your Heart Rate and Elevation charts to see how terrain impacted your effort. A spike in heart rate that aligns with a hill in the elevation chart shows a clear cause-and-effect relationship in your performance.
This article explains how to interpret the different components of your workout summary screen. By reviewing the map, key metrics, heart rate zones, and detailed charts, you can gain valuable insights into your fitness, track your progress, and better understand your body's performance during physical activity.
