Your Monthly Recap is a personalized summary of your fitness journey from the past month. Found in the Insights tab, it provides a visually engaging overview of your activities, achievements, and progress, helping you reflect on your efforts and plan for the month ahead.

Key Metrics in Your Recap

As you scroll through your recap, you'll find several sections that break down your performance. Each section includes a comparison to the previous month, helping you track your trends over time.

  • Activity Status: This shows the number of days you met your body's needs, visualized with your Activity Path graph for the entire month.
  • Activities: A count of how many workouts you completed, with a breakdown by activity type (e.g., cycling, running).
  • Duration: The total time you were physically active, also broken down by activity type.
  • Longest Activity Duration: Highlights your single longest workout from the month, complete with a map of your route and key stats.
  • Energy: Shows the total calories (kcal) you've burned, along with a fun visual representation of the equivalent food items.
  • Distance & Elevation: The total distance you've covered and the total elevation you've climbed across all activities.
  • Photos: A gallery of the memories you've made, pulling photos you attached to your workouts.
  • Activity Heart Rate: A summary of the time you spent in each heart rate zone, highlighting the zone you were in most often.
