The Gentler Streak Apple Watch app allows you to track your workouts directly from your wrist, providing live metrics and controls without needing your iPhone. When you open the app, you'll first see your daily message, which provides context for your current fitness level and readiness.
Starting a Workout
Swipe down from the daily message to access the Start a Workout screen. Here, you can quickly begin an activity.

- Add a Workout (+): If your desired activity isn't listed, tap the + button to browse and select from over 140 workout types.

The Live Workout Screen
Once you start an activity, the live workout screen displays your real-time performance data. You can interact with this screen to view different metrics and graphs.
- Heart Rate Zones: Shown at the top with colored indicators.
- Live Metrics: Your current heart rate is displayed in the center, with your chosen left and right metrics shown below. You can change these on the fly by long-pressing a metric.
