How to Change the Activity Path Date Range View

This guide shows you how to adjust the date range for your Activity Path graph. Changing the view helps you analyze your fitness trends over different time periods, from a single day to a full month, allowing for a better understanding of your body's readiness.

  2. Tap the Activity Path View icon, which looks like three squiggly lines, located at the top right of the section.
