The daily sleep analysis provides a detailed breakdown of your previous night's rest. You can access this information from the Wellness section on the main screen by tapping the Good sleep card. This analysis helps you understand your sleep quality, duration, and how different physiological metrics changed throughout the night.
Daily Sleep Summary
When you open your sleep analysis, you'll first see a summary of the previous night. This section gives you an immediate sense of your sleep quality and key timings.
- Sleep Quality: An overall rating of your sleep, such as Good, Fair, or Excellent.
- Sleep Duration: The total amount of time you were asleep.
- Restorative Sleep: The combined time you spent in Deep and REM sleep, which are crucial for physical and mental recovery.
- Fell Asleep At: The time you fell asleep.
- Woke Up At: The time you woke up.
Sleep Stages and Vitals Graph
Below the summary, the Sleep Stages graph visualizes your journey through different sleep stages during the night. You can tap on the metric buttons below the graph to overlay your vital signs and see how they correlate with your sleep stages.
- Heart Rate: Shows your beats per minute (bpm) throughout the night.
- HRV: Displays your Heart Rate Variability, a key indicator of recovery.
- Resp. Rate: Tracks your breaths per minute.
- Oxygen: Monitors your blood oxygen saturation levels.
Sleep Stages Breakdown
The Overview section provides a quantitative breakdown of your time in each sleep stage, shown both as a percentage of your total sleep and in hours and minutes. This helps you see if you're getting enough of each type of sleep.
- Awake: Time spent awake during your sleep period.
- REM: Rapid Eye Movement sleep, associated with dreaming and memory consolidation.
- Core: Also known as light sleep, this stage makes up the bulk of your sleep time.
