Your workout history contains a wealth of data. This guide shows you how to use filters to quickly find specific workouts based on date, activity type, or other details. Learning how to search your history makes it easy to review past performances, find memorable sessions, or edit workout details.

  1. From the home screen, navigate to the Activities tab.

  2. At the top of the screen, select a general time frame by tapping Week, Month, Year, or All Time to view activities within that period. Documentation image

  3. To select a different period, tap the current date range (e.g., October 2025) and choose a new month and year from the selector. Documentation image

  4. Scroll down to the History section. Use the quick filter icons to show only workouts that you have marked as a Favorite (star icon), workouts with Notes (document icon), workouts with Photos (picture icon), or workouts where you've manually adjusted the Perceived Exertion (sound RPE icon).
