This guide shows you how to find and review your completed activities. Accessing your workout history is a great way to track your progress over time, view detailed performance metrics, and see how far you've come on your fitness journey.

On the main screen, scroll down past the Wellness section to find the Past Activities header.

Tap the dropdown arrow to expand the list and view all your logged workouts from the specified date range.

Tap on a specific activity from the list to open its detailed workout summary page.
