How to Manually Add a Workout

Forgot to track a workout or want to log an activity from another device? This guide shows you how to manually add a workout to your activity history. To do this, you will need the basic details of the workout, such as the activity type, start time, and duration.

  1. On the Activities tab, tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner.

  2. Tap Activity Type and choose the correct workout from the list.

  3. Select the Start date and time for your workout.

  4. Set the total Duration of the activity. Documentation image

  5. Under How did it feel?, use the slider to rate your perceived exertion (RPE) for the workout.

  6. Optionally, you can add Active Energy and Distance by tapping on each field and entering the values.

  7. Tap the Add button to save the workout. It will now appear in your History.
