This guide explains how to sync your Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) data directly from Apple Health. Enabling this feature ensures that any RPE you've logged for workouts in other applications is automatically reflected in Gentler Streak, keeping your activity data consistent across platforms.
- From the main screen, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- On your profile page, tap Settings.
- Scroll down to the ACTIVITY PATH CALCULATION section.
- Tap the toggle next to Sync RPE with Health to turn it on. The app will now import RPE data from workouts stored in your Apple Health.
