How to Customize Your Heart Rate Zones

Personalizing your heart rate zones ensures your workout intensity is measured accurately against your unique fitness level. This guide shows you how to customize the percentage-based thresholds for each training zone, leading to more precise activity tracking.

  1. From the main screen, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Under the PERSONALIZE section, tap Heart Rate Zones.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Customize Training Zones button.
  4. On the Customize Training Zones screen, locate the zone you wish to adjust.
  5. Tap the + or - button next to a zone to change its percentage value. The corresponding beats per minute (bpm) value will update automatically.
