How to Choose Your Heart Rate Zone Calculation Method

This article will guide you on how to choose the calculation method for your heart rate zones. Selecting the right method—Max Heart Rate, Heart Rate Reserve, or Lactate Threshold—ensures your training zones are accurately tailored to your personal fitness level, helping you train more effectively.

  1. From the home screen, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. On your profile screen, select Heart Rate Zones under the Personalize section.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Customize Training Zones button.
