How to Adjust Your Max and Resting Heart Rate Values

This guide shows you how to update these values in your profile. For best results, you should know your current Max and Resting Heart Rate before starting.

  1. From the home screen, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Under the 'PERSONALIZE' section, tap Heart Rate Zones.
