The Menstrual Cycle card provides insights into your current cycle phase, helping you understand how it may influence your training and wellness. You can find this card within your body metrics summary, which is accessible from the main Wellness dashboard.
From the main screen, tap the Your Metrics Are in Check card to open the detailed body metrics view. Scroll down past the primary metrics like Sleeping Heart Rate and Wrist Temperature. The Menstrual Cycle card is located in the Health section at the bottom of this screen.

Tap the Menstrual Cycle card to start tracking your menstrual cycle (by tapping Get Started) in Gentler Streak and see more details about your current cycle status. This screen provides an overview of your current phase, along with educational information to help you learn more about how your cycle can affect your body and performance.

You can choose whether to display the Menstrual Cycle card on your dashboard. From the Body Metrics screen, tap the preferences icon in the top right corner. In the Preferences menu, scroll down to the HEALTH section and use the checkbox to show or hide the Menstrual Cycle card.
