Analyze your body metric trends over time
Your app tracks several key body metrics while you sleep to provide a deeper understanding of your physiological state. You can analyze the trends for each metric over time to see how your body is responding to training, recovery, and lifestyle factors. This data is located within the Your Metrics Are in Check card on the main Wellness screen.
Accessing and Viewing Your Body Metrics
To view your body metrics, navigate to the Wellness tab and tap the Your Metrics Are in Check card. This will open a detailed screen listing all the vitals measured during your last sleep session.
The Body Metrics section provides an at-a-glance summary of your current status for key vitals, including:
- Sleeping Heart Rate
- Wrist Temperature
- Heart Rate Variability
- Respiratory Rate
- Oxygen Saturation
Analyze Historical Trends
Tap any metric to open a detailed view with a historical graph. This chart displays your readings over the past several days, allowing you to spot trends, spikes, or dips. The most recent reading is highlighted, and a short summary explains if it falls within your personalized normal range.
Once in the detailed view, you can swipe left or right to seamlessly navigate between the historical graphs for your other body metrics.
Understand Your Personal Ranges and Values
For a deeper explanation of any metric, tap the person icon in the top-right corner of its historical graph screen. A pop-up will appear with detailed information about your personal data.
- Typical Value: Your median value for this metric.
- Normal Range: A range calculated from your own data over the last 60 days, representing what is typical for you.
- Alerts: Indicates the thresholds for elevated or high readings based on your data.

Tips for Analysis
- Monitor trends over weeks, not just days. Look for gradual changes that may indicate improving fitness or accumulating fatigue.
- Note how metrics like Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Sleeping Heart Rate (SHR) respond to intense training, travel, or periods of high stress.
- Use your personalized 'Normal Range' as a baseline to identify days when your body might be underrecovered or fighting off illness.
