Gentler Streak, the award-winning health and fitness app, is proud to present a set of accessibility features that enable individuals with varying sight abilities to customize the app's appearance and functionality to fit their needs better. The upgrade is a part of Gentler Stories' commitment to prioritizing inclusivity in health and fitness and ensuring everyone can achieve their wellbeing goals.

Accessibility update for Gentler Streak iOS
One of the update's key features is full support for Bold Text, Dynamic Type, and Larger Accessibility Sizes. Adjust the size and style of the text to make it easier to read and make the app's interface larger and more visible.
The update also includes options to Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast, which help those who have difficulty distinguishing between colors or find the app's default appearance too distracting.
There is full support for Reduce Motion and Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions for people sensitive to motion. They can reduce feelings of dizziness or motion sickness by minimizing the amount of animation and movement in the app.
Finally, the Voice Over feature overhaul provides spoken descriptions of the app's interface and functionalities, making it easier to navigate and use Gentler Streak independently.
Accessibility update for Gentler Streak Apple Watch App
In addition to the accessibility update for the iOS app, Gentler Streak has also upgraded the accessibility features for its Apple Watch app. The new features include AssistiveTouch enhancements, which allow controlling the app with simple gestures.
The Text Size enhancements increase the text size on the Apple Watch display, making it easier to read and navigate. The update also includes support for Reduce Motion, which can help users who experience discomfort with certain visual effects or animation.
The Voice Over fixes feature provides improved spoken feedback, making tracking workouts and monitoring fitness easy to use.
These updates show the continuous commitment of the Gentler Stories team to make their app truly accessible to all.
