Morning Check-In Notifications
A new notification category that gives you a gentle, data-driven heads-up in the morning when there's something worth noticing from yesterday. After an easy session or a hard one, after an overreaching day, when you chose to rest, or, for women, related to our cycle: to inform when we're (likely) at our peak, and when we're (likely) at our low. The benefit: the app pays attention so you don't have to, and speaks up when yesterday has something to tell you about today.

13 Workout Types
... bringing the total to 161! Lately our office has gone crazy for gravel rides, so that one had to come in, alongside 12 other most-requested types: Dog Running, Kettlebell Workout, Swimming Tethered, Outdoor Hand Cycling, Bouldering, Windsurfing, Beach Volleyball, Inline Hockey, Surfskate, BMX Freestyle, BMX Racing, and the one we suspect many of you have been waiting for: Assembling Furniture.
